The Project Manager, Dean, came out the next morning to assess the problem. After going over everything, he had a crew in motion to come out that afternoon. Mind you, this was on Labor Day.

Within 2 hours, Wilfredo and Mario pulled up. After looking at paperwork and problem area, they got set up and started working. Both Wilfredo and Mario were very professional and courteous. They were very clean and they covered everything and also taped down cords. Communication was great as Wilfredo explained anything else that needed to be done, such as tearing up part of my flooring. When the job was complete and a thorough clean-up, they walked me through everything that was done.

I appreciate the quick response and outstanding service that was provided. I highly recommend Drytech Restoration.
