Dry Tech and especially Cris were amazing after our basement flooded due to a sump pump failure. Came recommended by our trusted plumber, Cris came within an hour, and put my mind at ease that everything would be dry, mold free and properly taken care of. Cris was ultra professional and immediately responsive to each request. Technicians came first thing Saturday morning to start demo and clean up and drying process. Cris has extensive experience and evcalled insurance company with me to make sure everything was handled appropriately. Firstly, I want say Cris and the drytech team were AWESOME!! We are first time homeowners and had A pipe burst. We werent sure what to do and afraid of being ripped off once the plumber fixed the pipe. Cris came out after 6 and spent time with my family and I explaining what needed to be done and cost . We were still hesitant but Cris was willing to spend more time and gave his word....not only did he deliver he recommended a great contractor Cicero Construction. Cant thank these guys enough!!!

DryTech was a clam in the storm (literally). My basement flooded because of my water heater and I thought everything would be ruined. Thanks to their quick response (they were here in less than an hour), they were able to remove all the water and used machines to dry everything. Best part of all, they helped me through the insurance process and all I had to pay was my deductible. What a pleasure it was to deal with them. From the first initial phone call to the last day, when they removed their fans, I highly recommend them. Extremely professional.
